Responsibilities

Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate

Delegate, assist and follow-up on the completion of Customer Availability Process tasks - Section Work, Capping bins, Stocking picks

Delegate, assist and follow-up on the completion of price changes and feature sets

Delegate, assist and follow-up on modular completion in assigned area

Delegate and support with coverage in required areas on the salesfloor as needed, support with recovery and zoning activities

Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris

Ensuring associate breaks are taken in accordance with coverage

Training, coaching and offering feedback to associates
