Group Sales Manager
EOS Hospitality is seeking a Group Sales Manager specializing in the corporate group and association market. This role is responsible for soliciting group business to meet annual revenue goals and achieving sales quotas through client engagement and relationship management.

Responsibilities
Meet or exceed weekly sales call quotas to new and existing clients for group business development. Calls are to be recorded daily in Salesforce
Make personal sales calls to new and established accounts
Attend trade shows and sales missions as assigned by Director of Sales with associated travel
Provide on property site inspections and entertain prospective and repeat clients based on a monthly quota
Respond to all group sales leads (according to market segment assigned) within 24 hours
Execute established group contract with proper approvals for the securement of group business
Adhere to sound yield management practices in accordance with the resort’s policies and procedures to maximize yield
Meet and greet all business booked at the resort on multiple occasions during their stay
Work as a liaison with Conference Planning and Reservations to assure that all information pertaining to a group booking is accurate and timely
Attend weekly sales meetings with required reporting documentation
Represent the resort in a professional manner on and off property
Maintain a knowledge of local competition
Qualification
Required
The candidate must a minimum of three years hotel sales experience
Proven track record of proactive selling, generating leads for new business and achieving measurable revenue results
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a remote schedule effectively
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Delphi, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite

A bachelor's degree is preferred
