Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical advisor for customers, building trusted relationships and gaining a deep understanding of their business goals, data challenges, and strategic priorities within the payments landscape
Collaborate with customers to define data and performance requirements, designing tailored solutions that leverage IXOPAY’s AI Payments Intelligence, Orchestration, Universal Tokenization, and other solutions to optimize efficiency, cost, and conversion outcomes
Demonstrate in-depth expertise in IXOPAY’s AI Payments Intelligence, Orchestration, Universal Tokenization, and other solutions, showcasing how data insights and reporting tools can be utilized to enhance payment performance, detect anomalies, and support informed business decisions
Work closely with cross-functional teams—including Customer Experience, Product Management, Data Engineering, and Integration—to ensure seamless communication, technical alignment, and successful delivery of customer solutions
Assist in solution implementation, providing technical guidance on data integration, KPI configuration, and dashboard customization to ensure accurate and actionable insights post-deployment
Support customers with periodic value reviews or advisory services engagements, providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations on how to improve payment performance, optimize costs, and strengthen data-driven decision-making
Support Product and Engineering teams by translating customer requests and insights into clear, actionable product functional requirements, ensuring that new features and enhancements align with real customer needs
Develop comprehensive training materials and documentation to empower customers and internal teams to effectively use IXOPAY’s AI Payment Intelligence, Orchestration, Universal Tokenization, and other solutions for payment performance monitoring and analysis
Gather and interpret customer feedback on solution performance, usability, and analytical depth, driving continuous improvement and innovation in IXOPAY’s product suite
Stay current with payments and data trends, including evolving industry standards, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in payment data analytics and risk management
Translate technical and analytical requirements into actionable specifications for internal stakeholders, supporting smooth transitions from onboarding to live production environments
Support the pursuit and maintenance of relevant certifications, including payment, data security, and privacy compliance standards, ensuring customer trust and operational excellence

Qualification

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, Payments Analysis, Data Analysis, or Payments Management role—preferably within the payments or financial technology sector
Prior experience as a payments analyst or data analyst is strongly preferred, with a proven ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
Previous experience working for a merchant, payment service provider, or acquirer is preferred
Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles, with strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
Ability to translate complex technical and analytical concepts into clear, business-oriented solutions that drive measurable outcomes
Strong problem-solving mindset, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern project management practices
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 25%) for customer meetings, workshops, or team collaboration sessions
