Responsibilities

Build the foundation of the Coldwell Banker network

Lead and run Coldwell Banker’s local brokerage office

Responsible for recruiting and developing real estate agents

Drive revenue backed by the latest technology

Grow careers by attracting new associates and developing existing associates

Establish a culture of growth among associates

Artfully articulate Coldwell Banker’s and the local office’s value proposition

Run branch’s operations including hiring, developing, and rewarding top talent

Establish and supervise office expenses and budgets; handle profit and loss

Partner with other managers and team to increase market share

Ensure that associates have the tools they need and are trained to use them

Demonstrate integrity to ensure a strong reputation in the community

Required

Experienced in all aspects of residential real estate transactions with 3-5 years of sales experience; knowledge of real estate laws, contracts and procedures; must hold active local real estate or broker's license in MN

Self-motivated and ambitious, aware of current technology and willing to seek out and accept new and emerging technology to drive growth!
