Responsibilities

Supporting clients in achieving measurable business benefits

Participating in full life cycle, client-facing implementation projects for Infor applications as part of a project team

Leading information-gathering and design sessions, including developing functional business requirements and solution scope documentation

Configuring client business solutions within Infor LN. Developing and executing test plans and verifying system configurations

Delivering training to client key users and end users

Providing implementation consulting and functional best-practice guidance

Meeting project deliverables and timelines

Preparing regular internal project status reports

Qualification

Required

Experience in configuring, implementing, or supporting ERP financial modules in a discrete manufacturing environment

ERP finance implementation experience in at least one industry segment: Automotive, Industrial Enterprise, Aerospace & Defense, or Engineering & Construction

Business and industry experience in corporate finance functions including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and financial close, with practical experience aligning ERP solutions to GAAP or IFRS standards

Experience developing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting solutions within ERP environments, including cost accounting and profitability analysis

Experience in client-facing consulting roles, leading workshops, and guiding process design within cross-functional implementation teams

Experience leading software configuration and functional implementation

Ability to travel up to 75%

Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship, now or in the future

Preferred

Experience with finance software used in discrete manufacturing, preferably Infor LN or comparable enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365

Experience with Infor LN Financials or related Infor CloudSuite modules, including multi-entity, multi-currency, or global finance implementations

Knowledge of fundamental accounting principles and their application to business processes

Experience in financial reporting and accounting operations in a manufacturing environment
