Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage a robust end-user technology environment that includes desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and application presentation systems
Oversee enterprise print management, ensuring efficient operation and integration with other end-user technologies
Develop and maintain automation scripts and processes for the deployment and management of end-user technologies
Serve as the expert and final point of escalation for complex issues across all end-user technology platforms
Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in end-user technology services and user experience
Set and enforce standards for the use and management of end-user technologies, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure a cohesive approach to technology deployment and support
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in end-user computing to drive innovation and improvements
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma and a Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a diverse range of end-user technologies is required
Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments, mobile operating systems (iOS, Android), and application presentation platforms (SCCM/MECM, Citrix XenDesktop)
Strong understanding of enterprise print services and management tools
Experience with automation tools (PowerShell, Python) and endpoint management systems (MECM, Azure Intune, Jamf)
Knowledge of networking principles and security best practices for end-user devices
Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills
Strong communication and customer service orientation
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
Certifications in relevant technologies (Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, CompTIA) are highly desirable
