Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years' experience as a superintendent
Experience managing large projects ($15–40M)

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Preferred
Background in ground-up retail construction preferred; other acceptable product types include light industrial, general commercial, and historical restoration
