Sub-Zero Group, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of luxury kitchen appliances and is seeking a Lead CNC Programmer for their Fabrication Business Unit. The role involves programming CNC equipment, overseeing manufacturing processes, and working cross-functionally to support sheet metal fabrication.

Responsibilities

Program CNC equipment including flat sheet laser cutters, press brakes, turret punch presses, panel benders, 5-axis routers, and custom automated coil-fed equipment

Oversee the process of manufacturing FAI sample parts, prototypes, and production trial runs

Troubleshoot program and tooling issues alongside machine operators and maintenance technicians

Develop production routings, time standards, bill of materials (BOMs) and work instructions

Work with design and quality engineering to improve manufacturing drawings and inspection plans as part of new product introductions and continuous improvement projects

Help achieve cost reduction and material utilizations targets

This position requires 6 to 12 days of domestic travel for training over the first 4 months

This position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended
