Senior Manager, Growth Marketing

Responsibilities
Lead U.S. customer acquisition through affiliate partners and ping tree networks — launch, test, and scale high-performing lead generation initiatives
Develop and implement new integration processes with affiliate partners and lead networks — including API connections that streamline data exchange and integrate directly into the digital application flow
Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, web, direct mail, etc.) focused on retention, reactivation, and expansion
Increase active customers and product adoption through data-driven campaigns using OBTM, direct mail, and other owned channels
Use customer segmentation, lifecycle insights, and behavioral data to deliver personalized communications that drive conversion
Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, optimize channel mix, and refine growth strategies in real time
Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness, cost of acquisition, and ROI
Partner cross-functionally with analytics, creative, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact
Qualification
Required
Strong experience developing functional strategy aligned with broader business goals
Experience supporting delivery of functional objectives
Experience adapting communication style to different audiences
Facilitates discussions, resolves conflicts, and collaborates across teams
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through well-structured communication
Build strong relationships across departments and collaborate to meet deliverables
A proactive, curious mindset with a drive to continuously improve processes and deliverables
Experience with complex problem solving using conceptual thinking and synthesis of varied information
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Mathematics or a related field
5+ years of progressive marketing experience in growth, performance or lifecycle marketing
Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, affiliate tracking platforms, and performance analytics dashboards
Omni-Channel Leadership: Hands-on experience with OBTM, direct mail, affiliate, and performance marketing programs
Data-Driven Mindset: Skilled at interpreting complex data, identifying actionable insights, and driving data-informed decision-making
Collaborative Approach: Strong communicator who builds effective relationships and leads cross-functional teams across markets
Preferred
Experience with affiliate and ping tree marketing strongly preferred
Prior experience in financial services or money service businesses (MSBs) is a strong asset
Industry Experience: Background in financial services or sub-prime lending, with familiarity navigating its regulatory and marketing challenges
U.S. Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated success leading growth marketing initiatives targeting U.S. consumers, with a deep understanding of media mix and compliance nuances
