This role plays a critical part in ensuring the day-to-day integrity, security, and support of the organization's IT infrastructure across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Oversee and support daily operations of IT systems across all branches

Ensure network and data security, including backup practices and compliance with industry standards

Maintain and manage Microsoft Active Directory and associated applications

Manage infrastructure including wireless networks, mobile devices, camera systems, copiers, and specialized fitness equipment

Lead hardware and software procurement, licensing, and vendor management

Develop and maintain procedural documentation for technology systems

Assess and troubleshoot information system issues and coordinate effective solutions

Communicate with staff across the organization to ensure IT needs are met

Recommend and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals

Track and manage IT inventory across locations

Attend required trainings and perform other related duties as assigned
