Responsibilities
Support the administration, configuration, and operational management of reporting platforms—primarily Power BI and SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ)
Play a critical role in operational readiness, business continuity, platform standards, and enabling self-service analytics across the enterprise
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of hands-on experience in reporting tool administration
Strong expertise in Power BI and BOBJ administration (must-have)
Experience with Snowflake (role management, monitoring, basic SQL)
Cloud experience— Azure preferred, AWS/GCP nice to have
Understanding of authentication, SSO, gateways, and access/security models
Working knowledge of service management, incident processes, and business continuity practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple tools
Preferred
Tableau Server administration experience
Experience with Dataiku, Collibra, Matillion, Delphix, GitHub Enterprise, or similar tools
Familiarity with CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices for data
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally
