Quality Control Manager
Grunley Construction Company, Inc. is a leading general contractor specializing in high-profile commercial, institutional, and government projects in the DMV. The Quality Control Manager will assure that Grunley Construction provides the highest quality of construction services and that all stated requirements regarding materials and workmanship are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities
Develop Quality Control Plan for submission
Review and approve work plans
Review and approve product submissions
Conduct Three – Phase Inspection Program
Prepare, distribute, and maintain contemporaneous daily reports summarizing information regarding all of the above
Photo documentation of all job-site accidents/incidents scenes prior to any disturbance of the scene
Coordinate additional photography with the Safety Department
Download the photos within 24 hours of the accident with annotation for use by the Safety Department
Qualification
Required
Must have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field with a minimum of five (5) years of construction experience or an associate's degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of construction experience
Must have working knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures and practices with the Corp of Engineers
This position requires a successful track record in all aspects of construction and construction practices
Current USACE CQM Management Certificate
