Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and enhance high-quality Tableau dashboards with a focus on clear storytelling, usability, and performance

Partner closely with business teams to understand KPIs, define reporting requirements, and translate analytical needs into scalable solutions

Analyze data trends, surface insights, and proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting and decision-making processes

Develop SQL queries and collaborate with Snowflake data models to support accurate and efficient reporting

Ensure data quality through validation, troubleshooting, and ongoing monitoring

Drive adoption of dashboards through documentation, training, and ongoing stakeholder engagement

Administer Tableau environments, including permissions, certified data sources, schedules, and governance best practices

Required

3–5+ years of hands-on Tableau experience: you are the Tableau expert on your team and can independently design, optimize, and troubleshoot dashboards

Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar cloud data warehouses

Proven ability to translate business questions into analysis, insights, and polished reporting assets

Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and analytics best practices

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Comfortable balancing dashboard development with ongoing analysis, stakeholder partnership, and problem-solving

Preferred

Tableau Data Analyst or Tableau Desktop Certification

Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Fivetran, dbt, Workato)

Background supporting analytics in a B2B SaaS environment
