Responsibilities

Execute routine operations of designated areas, ensuring direct reports are following policies and procedures related to employee, food safety, and environmental compliance
Monitor production outcomes, quantity, and quality to ensure customer and food safety requirements are within specifications
Partner with peer production supervisors to meet customer specifications and timelines
Administer a department production budget by executing purchase orders and ensuring timely payment of invoices
Develop operational plans and monitor routine operations across designated departments, processes, and shifts
Develop, supervise, and provide coaching to direct reports including coaching company core values and guiding principles
Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions for your direct reports as necessary
Other duties as assigned

Required

Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of one year of related work experience

Preferred

One year of supervisory experience
Experience working in a food and/or poultry processing environment
Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/any other language
Experience utilizing SAP and/or IPFS systems
Experience applying lean manufacturing principles and pursuing continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment
