Shift Manager
Bathhouse is a modern facility focused on helping guests look, feel, and perform their best through unique amenities and services. The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations and departments, ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction while leading a diverse team.

Responsibilities
Set the tone for service and culture. Motivate and develop team leads and frontline staff
Provide consistent feedback, set clear expectations, and celebrate wins
Monitor daily operations and adjust as needed to meet guest satisfaction, team performance, and business goals. Stay hands-on and hyper-aware
Track department performance, manage labor and expenses, run meetings, and help create structures that scale. You’ll be part coach, part operator
Support Growth by providing hiring feedback, supporting onboarding, and performance management. Identify development needs and help your team level up
Understand the impact of each department and work to improve efficiency, flow, and financial performance to improve customer experience
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in hospitality, guest services, or operations leadership
Proven track record managing diverse, fast-paced teams
Strong communication and emotional intelligence—firm when needed, always fair
Experience with scheduling, labor management, and performance coaching
Preferred
Degree in Hospitality, Business, or similar
