Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle onboarding, including new hire documentation, trainings and integration into the company
Administer and maintain compliance with E-Verify and employment eligibility requirements
Process and review payroll for accuracy maintaining confidentiality and compliance
Manage multi-state payroll taxes
Coordinate with finance and third-party vendors to ensure timely tax filings
Work with broker to manage benefit programs including health, dental, vision
Administer ACA related tasks, which include preparation and distribution of 1095-C forms
Oversee 401(k) plan administration, this includes enrollment, contribution and compliance testing
Administer all leaves including FMLA, SDBL
Manage workers’ compensation claims
Respond to unemployment claims in a timely and accurate manner
Review, update and implement company policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements
Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters, fostering a positive work environment
Conduct investigations, document findings, and recommend appropriate actions when necessary
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Work directly with executive team to implement best practices for company

Required
