Responsibilities
Act as a technical partner to customers, helping translate business needs into backend and automation solutions
Write efficient, reusable, and testable code in GoLang and Python
Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, tech leads, and support engineers to deliver robust features
Debug and resolve software defects across development and production environments
Optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and reliability
Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible
Work with VMware technologies including NSX, vSphere, Distributed Firewall, and vCenter
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Enterprise Networking, and Linux-based environments
Explore and implement AI tools and frameworks to support use cases that will help with improving productivity and resolution times for complex technical issues
Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to engineering best practices guides
Document system architecture, APIs, and operational procedures
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in GoLang and Python programming
Experience building automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools: Terraform, Ansible
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks
Proficiency with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular)
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Hands-on experience with VMware technologies: NSX, vSphere, Distributed Firewall
Exposure to Kubernetes, Enterprise Networking, and Linux-based environments
Experience in enterprise-scale environments or distributed systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
8+ years of related work experience
Preferred
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs)
Experience implementing AI-driven automation or predictive analytics in enterprise environments
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience working in customer-facing roles or consulting engagements
