Senior Analyst, Sales
Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) operates in the Gas, Power, and NGL markets, facilitating trading of futures and options contracts. The Senior Sales Analyst will support sales and marketing efforts, focusing on growing transaction volumes and developing new products while building relationships with key market participants.

Responsibilities
Establish, build, and maintain relationships with key market participants
Provide informed support to existing and prospective trading firms
Modify existing contracts and design new ones to ensure a relevant product suite
Analyze cash market structures to assess viability for new products
Collaborate with the business development team to assist in launching new products
Represent ICE externally to market participants, industry associations, and regulatory bodies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Master's or professional degree is a plus
2+ years of experience in applicable markets or adjacent financial markets/fintech
Proven relationship-building skills
Familiarity with hedging and structured transactions
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple objectives under tight deadlines
Exceptional communication and listening skills, with intellectual curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo
Strong writing skills and marketing experience
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Self-motivated and proactive team player
