Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking a Marketing Operations Intern to support the marketing team's operations across the Americas region. In this role, you will manage databases, execute campaigns, and maintain marketing workflows, gaining hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and optimizing marketing processes.

Responsibilities

Management and maintenance of marketing databases, including list uploads, data entry, and segmentation

Support for marketing automation workflows and campaign execution across our MarTech stack

Setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of basic workflows in platforms like Salesforce and marketing automation tools

Documentation of processes and procedures to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing

Lead management support, including verification, enrichment, and proper routing through our systems

Coordination of marketing initiatives across regions, tracking timelines and deliverables

Assistance with event management, webinars, or campaign logistics

Basic reporting and tracking of operational metrics and campaign performance

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or related field

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable learning new software platforms and marketing technology tools

Interest in marketing operations and marketing technology

Basic proficiency with Excel (sorting, filtering, pivot tables)

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Proactive mindset with ability to work independently with guidance

Preferred

Typically entering senior year or later preferred, but open to other years with the right skills and mindset
