Responsibilities
Lead and oversee ServiceNow implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to gather requirements, define project scope, and identify project dependencies
Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and project milestones, and actively manage project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and project sponsors, providing regular project status updates, facilitating decision-making, and managing expectations
Conduct regular project meetings, status reporting, and change control processes to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project
Work closely with the ServiceNow technical team to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with best practices
Drive user adoption and change management strategies to ensure successful implementation and integration of the ServiceNow platform within the organization
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance ServiceNow processes, workflows, and system configurations
Evaluate project performance, conduct post-implementation reviews, and capture lessons learned to enhance future project delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
ServiceNow Project Manager certification (Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent) is highly desirable
Proven experience managing end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects, including ITSM, IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Business Management (ITBM), and/or HR Service Delivery
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT Service Management best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
ServiceNow Project Manager certification (Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent) is highly desirable
