Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies that meet client needs and exceed expectations
Lead training, coaching, and performance reviews to grow a high-performing team
Conduct client quality visits, strengthen relationships, and quickly solve operational challenges
Plan, prioritize, and delegate recruiting and order fulfillment to keep business running seamlessly
Hold quarterly business reviews and manage key client interactions
Lead sales meetings, and run pipeline calls that drive revenue
Make outbound calls to set meetings with new clients and grow market share
