Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of the branch network
Deliver exceptional member experiences, drive deposit and loan growth, and ensure operational excellence
Oversee departmental strategy, performance, and culture as a member of the Senior Leadership Team
Champion innovation and collaboration, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements
Demonstrate experience overseeing multi-branch operations, including member engagement, sales growth, operational compliance, and staff development
Develop and execute branch strategies aligned with organizational goals and risk appetite
Evaluate financial and operational data to guide informed decision-making
Lead performance management, coach and mentor leaders and team members, and foster a high-performance culture
Build trust and foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience overseeing multi-branch operations, including member engagement, sales growth, operational compliance, and staff development
Proven ability to lead complex retail operations, manage performance, and ensure adherence to regulatory and policy standards
Familiarity with branch technologies, risk management frameworks, and service delivery models
Experience developing and executing branch strategies aligned with organizational goals and risk appetite
Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial and operational data, assess performance, and guide informed decision-making
Skilled in using key performance metrics to drive transparency and continuous improvement
Proven ability to lead performance management, coach and mentor leaders and team members, and foster a high-performance, member-centric culture focused on continuous development, engagement, and succession planning
Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
Proven ability to build trust and foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to represent the credit union in industry associations and community partnerships
At least twelve years of retail banking and leadership experience in financial services, preferably within a credit union or community-based financial institution
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent work experience required
