Greens Manager NF-04

Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for the daily golf course management of an 18-hole golf course, driving range and practice area
This position will be responsible for directing and supervising all subordinates of maintenance employees
The Greens Manager will be responsible for maintaining regular training and obtaining certification of a spraying licensing
This position will be responsible for preparing a working budget outlining annual maintenance requirements
The Greens Manager will be responsible for development of a preventive maintenance plan of all turf equipment and maintenance vehicles
Qualification
Required
Work experience performing similar duties as described above
Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required
Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position
A one-year probationary period may be required
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check
Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation
Must be willing and able to work rotating hours to include weekends, holidays and evenings
