The role involves overseeing maintenance operations, supporting the maintenance staff, and ensuring the property runs smoothly.

Responsibilities
Complete work orders and oversee unit turns
Maintain property grounds & assist with snow removal
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
Partner with the Property Manager on budgeting and project planning
Lead the community’s preventative maintenance program
Support, train, and guide maintenance staff
Qualification
Required
4+ years of general maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
Strong skills in: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, appliances
Supervisory experience (led at least one technician)
Preferred
Budgeting or project planning experience a plus
EPA & Boiler certifications preferred
CPO certification preferred
