Lead complex and diverse proposal efforts from inception to award

Develop rigorous business cases that support strategic objectives

Collaborate with engineering, finance, and program teams to gather requirements

Conduct price analysis and negotiate terms to maximize value

Monitor proposal performance metrics and continuously improve processes

Required

Strong financial/analytical/technical skills

Prior experience as a proposal analyst leading major proposal efforts

Knowledge of FAR and Cost/Pricing Data Requirements

High attention to detail and ability to summarize large volume of complex data to influence executive decision making

Experience using proposal estimating or pricing systems

Experience with multiple proposal contract types
