They are seeking an IT Support Tech to provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain multimedia devices across various locations.

Responsibilities
Provide centralized and/or site based technical support to team members, including network selection, configuration, installation, operation, repair, maintenance, software installation and troubleshooting
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to various computer systems, operating systems and application software using basic test equipment or diagnostic software
Maintain multi-media devices, including but not limited to telephones, printers, monitors and projectors
Repair and maintain basic cabling systems, including coaxial cabling, Category 5 cabling, etc
Improve knowledge and skills through extracurricular training and involvement in professional organizations
Other duties assigned by IT Manager or Friendship Management Services
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree in a computer related field preferred
Experience with computer hardware and software including the latest Microsoft Operating Systems
A+ Certification, or willingness to obtain IT professional certification
Able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Willing to travel to all locations as needed
Available during all administrative and sales hours
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Clear, concise, and effective oral and written communication
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, and customers
Ability to apply current knowledge and continuously learn
Ability to represent the company in a manner consistent with Friendship values and expectations
