Responsibilities
Assist the Dispatchers and Coordinators with day-to-day tasks
Work directly with customers over the phone to schedule and coordinate their jobs
Assist with coordinating communication between installers, field supervisors, customers, vendors, and the office
Process APS/SRP rebates
Register HVAC equipment for new installations
Take inbound phone calls
Make outbound phone calls to schedule final walk through's, maintenance and specials
Update customers on their appointment status throughout the day
Respond to customer messages and questions
Communicate repair status to customers in an organized fashion
Work a rotating Saturday shift, approximately every 8th Saturday
Confirm next-day appointments
Other duties as directed
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to assist Dispatchers and Coordinators with day-to-day tasks
Experience working directly with customers over the phone
Ability to schedule and coordinate jobs
Ability to coordinate communication between installers, field supervisors, customers, vendors, and the office
Experience processing APS/SRP rebates
Ability to register HVAC equipment for new installations
Experience taking inbound phone calls
Experience making outbound phone calls to schedule final walk through's, maintenance and specials
Ability to update customers on their appointment status throughout the day
Ability to respond to customer messages and questions
Ability to communicate repair status to customers in an organized fashion
Willingness to work a rotating Saturday shift, approximately every 8th Saturday
Ability to confirm next-day appointments
Willingness to perform other duties as directed
