ALCIVIA is a leading, member-owned agricultural and energy cooperative located in Wisconsin. They are seeking an IT Support Intern to provide hands-on experience in supporting technologies and assisting the Service Desk Team with various IT support tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist with the support of cloud-based technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Intune, Office 365, SSO solutions, and others

Assist the Service Desk with incoming phone calls and ticket assignments

Areas of focus include end-user computers, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, phones, and all associated software and applications

Assist with the monitoring of routers, switches, wireless bridges through network monitoring software to ensure network availability during business hours

Install and uninstall applications

Maintain information and system security

Office and equipment moves within the office

Assist team members with their assigned projects

Supports a team-oriented environment by interacting in a professional, collaborative, and respectful manner with all employees, clients, customers and/or vendors

Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert advice on products and services

Ensure customer satisfaction by offering timely and effective solutions to meet their needs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on product offerings and sales techniques

Perform other duties as assigned
