Responsibilities

Experience architecting/designing Financial data migration from non-SAP environment (Oracle) into a SAP S/4HANA ecosystem
Senior SAP FICO functional experience and excellent understanding of finance business processes within the Insurance domain
Experience within ACDOCA (Universal Journal) - consolidating data from various previous tables, including General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and Profitability Analysis
Knowledge of Accounting/Finance business processes and of SAP FICO integration with GL, AP, AR, AA, BA, SL and other modules
Gather requirements, perform analysis, writing functional specifications, designing and configuring system and, leading training, developing system documentation, and interface solutions
Perform and lead system testing
Knowledge of Insurance industry regulations and data standards
Integration point configuration experience
Strong knowledge of ASAP Methodology, System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), service-oriented architecture and Enterprise Application Integration tools
Ability to effectively coordinate and manage cross-functional and technical activities with strong negotiation and leadership skills

5-10 years relevant experience supporting and implementing global SAP S/4HANA solutions
Experience within Insurance Industry regulations and data standards
Strong understanding of ACDOCA (Universal Journal) within S/4HANA
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or Information Systems
Excellent project and team leadership experiences

Preferred

CPA, Chartered ACC or related certification a plus
Certification in SAP FI/CO and other modules is highly desired
