Director of Quality - Loenbro West

Responsibilities
Develop and implement a company-wide Quality Management System that aligns with industry best practices and customer requirements
Establish standards for field installation procedures, inspection, and testing plans
Define and implement audit procedures to ensure consistent quality performance
Create a framework for continuous improvement and corrective action
Build and lead a high-performing Quality Control team across all service lines
Manage the team responsible for conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
Provide training and guidance to the team to ensure consistent execution of quality standards
Foster a culture of quality and accountability within the organization
Ensure all processes and procedures comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Oversee and maintain industry certifications, including AISC Certified Fabricator and AISC Certified Erector
Lead the preparation and submission process for maintaining current certifications and pursuing new certifications
Develop and manage corrective action plans to address non-compliance issues
Develop and maintain a comprehensive quality reporting system
Provide regular quality performance updates to senior leadership
Analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and drive quality improvements
Qualification
Required
Experience in developing and implementing a Quality Management System (QMS)
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
Experience in leading and managing a Quality Control team
Ability to conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
Experience in providing training and guidance to team members
Ability to develop and manage corrective action plans
Experience in quality reporting and performance analysis
Ability to analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Experience in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality improvements
Experience in maintaining industry certifications, including AISC Certified Fabricator and AISC Certified Erector
