They are seeking a Program Finance Analyst responsible for tracking and analyzing financial performance, contract planning, budgeting, and reporting of cost and schedule for development and manufacturing programs.

Responsibilities

Collect / report actual contract costs to the program manager and customer as required

Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) duties including baseline planning, tracking performance, identifying variances and developing corrective actions with the cognizant Cost Account Managers

Provide regular financial analyses and forecasts to ensure alignment with program goals

Develop and maintain Comprehensive Estimates at Completion (CEAC)

Create Cost and Software Data Report (CSDR) in accordance with the CSDR plan

Creates Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS)/CWBS dictionary, per the requirements of MIL-STD-881D and conform to the Customer-approved CSDR Plan for the contract and DD Form 2794

Work with Customer Contractor Cost Working Group Integrated Product Team (CWIPT) to ensure all reporting requirements can be met

Required

Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint and Excel (including pivot tables, conditional formatting, and creating charts from a data set)

Prior Cost Account Management / EVMS/ Financial analysis experience

Solid written, presentation and communication skills

BS/BA in Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant major and 5-10 years of direct experience

Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance

Familiarity with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), ANSI-748-D Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
