Responsibilities

Analyze data and implement process or procedural changes

Assist in the creation of metrics, impact reports, procedures/work instructions

Create databases for process and reporting purposes

Present ideas one-on-one or in group setting. Able to organize thoughts in presentation format

Incorporate working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies into process/procedural changes

Provide information to senior management to assist with decision making

Other analytical support as necessary

Required

1- 3 years of related experience

Passionate self-starter with a desire to take on the challenge of supporting the team

Capable of forward thinking to the benefit of the organization. Analyzes information; identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Able to work with employees among multiple departments

Able to utilize the department specific technologies to solve business challenges
