In this role, you will collaborate closely with portfolio management teams to develop, enhance, and support the systems and models that drive investment decisions.

Responsibilities
Partner with portfolio managers to analyze, develop, and improve trading strategies and models
Conduct research and data analysis to support investment decisions across multiple asset classes
Verify, normalize, and maintain large and complex data sets
Build, maintain, and enhance tools, processes, and systems critical to daily desk operations
Assist in the development of new strategies through data mining, statistical analysis, and problem solving
Continuously explore ways to optimize performance, streamline processes, and identify new opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field
Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and quantitative problem solving
Programming experience is a plus
Prior experience in a data-driven research environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Competitive mindset
Preferred
Familiarity with corporate finance, securities trading, or financial markets
