Generate new business and educate customers, providing information about the latest industrial control products and solutions
Plan promotional events, presentations, and maintenance of specific technology
Advise customers on the proper selection, use, and maintenance of specific technology applications, as well as recommending training opportunities offered
Qualification
Required
Bachelors of Science in Business, Engineering or related field from a four year college or technical school
7+ years' experience of successfully selling automation solutions with OEM and End User customers
Understanding of PLC's, Motion Drives, Industrial PC's, and Distributed I/O
Highly motivated self - starter with good organizational skills
Plan promotional events, presentations, and maintenance of specific technology
Advise customers on the proper selection, use, and maintenance of specific technology applications, as well as recommending training opportunities offered
Preferred
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or business and 3+ years experience as a Automation expert within a regulated manufacturing environment
Team player mentality, but able to work independently as required
Experience with Windows, Windows Networking and Microsoft Applications
