Responsibilities

Build end-to-end prototypes and early-stage applications — front-end, back-end, and AI components — using fast, iterative, experimental development cycles

Use AI tools extensively to speed up coding, generate solutions, test ideas, and explore multiple implementation paths quickly

Prototype fast and often: ship quick versions, validate assumptions, collect feedback, and refine without over-engineering

Work closely with founders to define product direction, target use cases, and core value propositions based on early market signals

Design, implement, and evaluate AI features (quality, performance, reliability, user experience) and continually improve them

Make technical decisions independently, balancing speed and quality while keeping the product goal in focus

Required

AI-Full-stack engineering background — ability to build complete prototypes and early-stage applications end-to-end: front-end, back-end, and AI components

Experience with a wide range of AI/LLM tools and techniques — ability to use AI to code fast, explore multiple solutions quickly, and speed up development

Hacker/entrepreneurial engineering style — shipping fast, simplifying aggressively, building scrappy versions first, and optimizing only when needed

Comfort operating in high uncertainty — figuring out the product direction together with a founder, running experiments, testing hypotheses, and making decisions with limited information

High ownership and autonomy — ability to take broad, ambiguous tasks and turn them into working solutions without heavy guidance

Startup-oriented engineering approach — rapid prototyping, fast iteration cycles, resourcefulness, and willingness to work across multiple domains simultaneously
