Direct and indirect support and oversight of clinical research within the organization
Provide direct oversight of clinical research supervisors and team members
Responsible for the successful planning, execution, and management of clinical trials and research projects
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain data integrity
Provide support, direction, and education to the assigned staff
Strive towards research excellence through continuous quality improvement
Qualification
Required
1 Year of formal leadership experience required
MS with 2 years of research experience
BSN with 4 years of research experience
If qualifying with Bachelor's degree in nursing: Must have nursing license in the state of Texas
Must have CCRC, CCRP, or other pertinent industry certification
BLS certification required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in nursing
Master's degree in science
