Responsibilities
Oversee corporate operations including Finance, Contracts, People Operations (HR), Talent Acquisition, Security, and Quality
Strategic Planning and Execution: Developing and implementing new business strategies and initiatives and ensuring departments align with the company's long-term vision
Contribute to the development and execution of annual business plan
Work directly with CEO to align corporate operations with executive business plan
Streamline or implement structures and roles that boost speed and efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demands
Operational Oversight: Managing day-to-day operations across various departments to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability
Financial Management: Oversee budgets, analyzing financial performance, identifying cost-reduction opportunities, and ensuring optimal capital utilization
Risk Management: Identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks, including legal, regulatory, and capacity issues
Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, clients, partners, and internal teams
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, fostering a positive company culture, and ensuring employee development and accountability

Decision Making: Making important decisions that directly impact the company and contributing to procedural and policy development. Implement operational processes improvements where necessary

Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is a minimum requirement
Minimum of 15 years of management experience with at least 7 years of government contracting experience
Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed by previous professional success
Excellent knowledge of government contracting financial processes
Experience in developing budgets and business plans
Experience overseeing human resources operations
Experience coordinating and managing ISO 9001 Audits
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
Active Accounting or Financial certifications (i.e., CPA, CA, CMA, CPAC, FP&A, FRM, CIMA, or CGFM)
Active Secret or Top-Secret Clearance
Experience coordinating and managing ISO 27001 Audits
