Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate daily delivery routes, ensuring optimal efficiency and on-time performance
Communicate with customers to confirm delivery dates, time windows, and any special instructions
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are properly prepared, loaded, and documented
Operate forklifts and order pickers safely and efficiently to assist with loading, unloading, and organizing inventory
Monitor deliveries in progress and resolve any issues such as delays, damages, or incomplete orders
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, service requests, and inventory movement
Support the sales and operations teams with scheduling, inventory checks, and product availability updates
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and customer satisfaction standards
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to drive a forklift/order picker
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and email)
Willingness to learn warehouse processes and inventory systems
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
