Responsibilities
Provide standardized training in the classroom, in the simulator, and in the aircraft
Provide Initial Recurrent Training, and differences training
Enforce the CAE SIMCOM standards, teaching in accordance with safety standards
Use verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills to teach effectively
Provide constructive feedback and evaluate customers' progress
Qualification
Required
FAA Commercial Pilot's License
Hold an FAA CFI or CFI-I rating
Maintain a valid FAA Class 2 Medical
Have accumulated at least 750 Total Flight Hours
200 Hours in the TBM Model Aircraft
Excellent fluency in English, both verbal and written; able to speak, read, and write effectively
Preferred
College degree
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs
