Responsibilities

Design and build custom reports in Epic's Reporting Workbench (RWB) and SlicerDicer tools

Educate users on self-service analytics using SlicerDicer and Workbench

Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and key metrics

Translate operational needs into technical report specifications

Validate data outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usability

Required

5+ years of experience with Epic's analytics tools (Workbench, SlicerDicer)

Proven ability to deliver impactful reports and dashboards for hospital operations, i.e. Clinical, Revenue Operations, etc

Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills

Solid understanding data structures and reporting hierarchies

Four Year College Degree from an accredited university

EPIC related certifications and work experience

Preferred

Hybrid candidates and also must be Epic Certified
