C&I Engineering is an employee-owned, full-service engineering design firm providing engineering/design/project management and procurement services. They are seeking a Senior Cost Estimator/Scheduler to join their Project Controls team, responsible for preparing cost estimates and schedules for various industrial clients.

Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates and schedules for industrial clients in refining, chemical, distilled spirits, and various other industries

Transfer events into a sequential work schedule using software with minor direction

Input data into appropriate software accurately and perform analysis for estimates and schedules

Translate cost and schedule information into cost reports and cash flows

The Senior Cost Estimator/Scheduler will identify change, scope, and quantity variances

Prints, reviews, assembles, and compiles estimates and prepares designated portions of budgets as directed by senior personnel

Uses effective communication systems to communicate and coordinate project-related information with other C&I personnel, clients, and vendors

Creates manual and computerized schedules

Required

Associate's degree in a business-related field such as accounting, business, engineering, construction, or related field and twelve years of related experience
