Responsibilities
Lead & Grow: Oversee the projects and collaborate with leadership to expand capabilities and resources
Manage Projects: Handle all aspects of casework, and interior renovation projects from start to finish
Drive Success: Ensure projects meet milestones, budgets, and quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships
Mentor & Collaborate: Guide junior staff and foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
Problem-Solve: Quickly resolve issues, mitigate risks, and keep projects on track
Qualification
Required
5+ years in construction, commercial interior, or project management (healthcare experience a plus)
Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project; comfortable adopting new technology
Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
Preferred
College degree preferred
