Responsibilities
Preparing vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring they’re move-in ready
Tackling a wide variety of maintenance requests, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
Keeping our community beautiful by maintaining clean and safe grounds and common areas
Jumping in on other tasks as needed to keep the property running smoothly
Qualification
Required
Previous building maintenance experience (multi-family experience is a big plus!)
Ability to handle outdoor work in all weather conditions
Willingness to participate in night and weekend on-call rotations
A team player with a professional, courteous, and dependable attitude
