Responsibilities
Conducting targeted outreach to industrial owners
Leading initial conversations with operators and decision-makers
Securing rent rolls, T-12s, and operational documentation
Identifying value-add potential and pricing considerations
Working closely with the principals on underwriting and deal strategy
Participating in owner discussions, buyer calls, and private equity dialogues
Observing and supporting active transactions across multiple states
Developing deep expertise in small-bay industrial and IOS—two of the most consistently durable asset classes in CRE
Qualification
Required
0–3 years experience in sales, brokerage, or business development
Strong communication ability and comfort initiating conversations
Interest in industrial real estate and investment fundamentals
Oregon real estate license or willingness to obtain one
Full-time, in-office presence in Portland
High personal drive, reliability, and professionalism
Preferred
