Senior Programmer/Analyst
Baylor College of Medicine is seeking a Senior Programmer/Analyst for their Department of Pathology & Immunology. This role involves providing high-level analytical, operational, and strategic support for the informatics division, including data analysis and program implementation.

Responsibilities
Meets with users to discuss requirements to ensure objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met
Designs, codes, develops and implements methodologies to measure program effectiveness, and debugs programs
Conducts complex data analysis
Prepares detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations
Supports ongoing data needs and Informatics division initiatives
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. Four years of related experience may substitute for degree requirement
Four years of relevant experience
Preferred
Experience working with programming language skills SQL, Python, R, Java script
Experience in visualization program such as Qlik Sense and Tableau experience is a plus
Some experience in the medical field is desirable
Demonstrated experience in front-end web application development, with the ability to design, build, and maintain user-facing interfaces using modern web technologies
