Responsibilities

Developing and implementing Manufacturing Plans for electronic, Cables & Harness, and electromechanical assemblies

Utilizing basic drafting and software programs to create process plans, tooling, and support equipment

Providing technical guidance and support to manufacturing operators

Applying lean manufacturing principles to reduce cost and increase yields

Investigating root cause of failures/defects and implementing corrective action

Collaborating with team members to facilitate assembly performance and continuous improvement

CCA manufacturing experience in accordance with specification IPC-A-610

Cable and Harness manufacturing experience in accordance with IPC/WHMA-A-620

Ability to interpret electrical schematics and engineering drawings

Excellent process development and documentation skills. (MS Office)

Experienced with visual based work instructions (creating and providing feedback)

Ability to use CAD software (Creo and AutoCAD preferred)

Leadership experience

Experience in a Manufacturing environment
