Responsibilities

Effectively collaborates with account-assigned sales professionals to close sales of strategic, complex/technical products

Uses in-depth subject matter and product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales professionals and customer end-users through sales presentations and product demonstrations

Assists sales professionals in assessing potential applications of company products and developing recommendations to meet customer needs

Prepares detailed product specifications for the implementation of customer products/applications/solutions, as needed

Provides consultation to prospective users, and internal commercial teams and/or product capability assessment and validation

Drives revenue generation for an assigned set of products

Become a trusted advisor to clients and prospects

Required

Knowledge of the utilities industry

5+ years of experience working with enterprise customers in a Solution Engineer, pre-sales, technical sales, or solution delivery role

Be a brilliant storyteller, comfortable with challenging customers and prospects and teaching for value

Knowledge of the challenges businesses encounter when adopting SaaS solutions in their Digital Transformation journey

Strong commercial acumen required
