Responsibilities

Supports Army tactical and strategic Satellite Communications (SATCOM) programs within the Mission Command portfolio

Provides analysis and recommendations on SATCOM network architecture, modernization, and fielding strategies

Prepares information papers, briefings, and SPAR/POM inputs addressing program cost, schedule, and performance

Coordinates with ASA(ALT), T2COM, NETCOM, and ARSTAF to ensure SATCOM capability alignment and interoperability

Required

A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Business

A minimum of four (4) years of experience and expertise in Force Development duties

Demonstrates expert analytical and technical skills in satellite communications (SATCOM) systems, architectures, and network integration

Proficient in assessing capability gaps, performance metrics, and lifecycle cost to support Army modernization decisions

Possesses advanced communication and briefing abilities to deliver clear, data-driven analysis supporting strategic SATCOM initiatives
