Responsibilities

Lead the enhancement, implementation, and integration of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) modules in alignment with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices; collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and project scope; manage project plans to ensure timely, budget-conscious execution; optimize platform performance and security; provide training and documentation for adoption; develop dashboards for actionable insights; and monitor progress to achieve organizational objectives
Identify and mitigate risks in ServiceNow projects, ensuring compliance with security policies and audit requirements; drive innovation by implementing automation, advanced analytics, and new capabilities to optimize business processes; leverage Performance Analytics to monitor key metrics and enhance service delivery; and streamline IT workflows by analyzing and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and user satisfaction
Evaluate the impact of new ServiceNow features and updates on workflows and operations, ensuring configurations adhere to security and organizational standards; translate business requirements into functional specifications for system design and maintenance; serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to align project objectives; review and approve implemented solutions to ensure they meet requirements; and formally validate deliverables to support successful deployment and adoption

Required

You must possess U.S. Citizenship or be a U.S. National
You must have reached the minimum age (18) at the time of application
You must complete a favorable Background Investigation (BI)
Selective Service registration is required
You must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
To qualify, you must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below: Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, Problem Solving
To qualify for the SV-I Pay Band (equivalent to GS-13), you must have one year of specialized experience at the SV-H or GS-12 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private sector
To qualify for the SV-J Pay Band (equivalent to GS-14), you must have one year of specialized experience at the SV-I or GS-13 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private sector
