Responsibilities
Collaborate with our Content Manager and sales team to plan a video content calendar based on real customer questions
Film in homes, our showroom, and our shop (design consultations, installs, finished projects, team stories, testimonials)
Edit videos for YouTube, website, email, and social (long-form + short-form)
Add simple graphics, titles, and brand elements
Optimize videos for YouTube (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, etc.)
Organize and manage our video library and assets
Support the sales team with videos they can send before/after appointments
Qualification
Required
2+ years of video production / content creation experience
Strong portfolio showing planning, shooting, and editing you've done yourself
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
Comfortable directing and coaching people who aren't used to being on camera
Solid grasp of lighting, audio, and visual storytelling
Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects
Interest in honest, educational content (helping buyers make better decisions)
Preferred
Experience in home improvement, construction, or manufacturing environments
Familiarity with *They Ask, You Answer* or similar customer-first content concepts
Knowledge of YouTube SEO, Reels/Shorts/TikTok formats
Basic motion graphics and experience with AI tools for editing/transcription
